Using this sentence can help in any of your estate planning: "I give to The Leaves, a nonprofit corporation currently located at 1230 West Spring Valley Road, Richardson, TX 75080, or its successor thereto, ______________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."

The Leaves can be a full or partial beneficiary of a life insurance policy or an IRA or retirement plan.
